The Scholarship Program is the mechanism through which the Region demonstrates its commitment to providing financial assistance to students preparing to enter the accounting and/or finance profession. Between 1999 and 2003 the Region awarded over $63,000 to students attending area colleges and universities. This is expected to increase substantially in the coming years. Moreover, designated scholarships will be established for companies participating at certain levels of the Corporate Partnership Program.
